No plans for 26 December yet? Facility Services is organising a festive Christmas lunch for students and staff of the UvA and the AUAS. Meet fellow students and enjoy a lunch with delicious food from Indonesian and Korean cuisines (with plenty of vegetarian, vegan and halal options), great music and lots of fun.

When: 26 December at 12:30. Doors open at 12:00
Where: Wibaut Building, Wibautstraat 3b, 1091 GH, Amsterdam
For whom: All AUAS and UvA students and staff
Registration: Before 24 December

Note: Please only register if you are sure you can attend. If you can't make it after all, please let us know via the cancellation link in the confirmation email. This way, you make someone else happy with your spot and help prevent food waste.

No problem! In that case, send an email to christmaslunch-fs@hva.nlExternal link with the following details. You will then receive a registration confirmation and e-ticket via email.

• First and last name 
• Student number (Note: this lunch is only for students and staff of the UvA and the AUAS. There are no costs involved. Please bring your student card along with your e-ticket.)
• If you’re coming alone, would you like to be paired with a new friend for the day? ESN (Erasmus Student Network) will match you based on your interests. If you choose to join, we will share your email with ESN. In the week before the event, you’ll receive a form to create your match. On the day, you’ll meet your match at the event.
• Want to meet people in advance and walk to the lunch together? You can! Before the lunch at 11:30, we are organising a gathering at the Wibauthof behind the Wibauthuis of the AUAS (see on Google MapsExternal link). Indicate in your email if you would like to join. 
• Is there anything we can do, or anything you need, to make the event more accessible? Please let us know! You can share your needs in your email or on the day of the event.
