The Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) team invites UvA students and staff for five Diversity & Inclusion lunches. Everybody is welcome, though we especially invite those who are committed to working in cultural change, inclusion, equity, decolonization and awareness around diversity-related topics. We would like to gather the knowledge and strengths of students and staff, and find ways in which we can empower and support each other in the process of cultural change at the UvA.
During the European Action Week against Racism (16-21 March), the SeSi Community Center of the AUAS (HvA) and the Chief Diversity Officer team of the UvA, will join forces to organise a week with various guest lectures and workshops. The people who work and study at the Roeterseiland complex represent a diverse medley of backgrounds and life stories. It is high time for an exhibition with the theme of inclusion, for students and PhD candidates! Through this project, we aim to inquire into what is visible and what is not. The inclusive expression of stories at the Roeterseiland Campus will be exhibited from 4 February 2020!
