Due to the launch of a new registration system for Facility Services, the FS forms will be temporarily unavailable for use from 12 noon on Thursday, 21 February until 12 noon on Friday, 22 February.

How will this affect you?

  • FS forms will not be available during this period.
  • Only urgent complaints, requests or faults can be submitted to the FS Service Desk on these days. Email or telephone 020 525 1403
  • You will not receive an immediate notification, as is usually the case. Reports which are emailed to the Service Desk will be processed in the new system afterwards.


If you already know that you would like to make a specific reservation (e.g. for audio-video resources or a service bicycle) or request, it would be best to do it now before the new system goes live.
