This message is intended for students who did not apply (properly) for courses during the course registration period from 11 June 2021 to 22 June 2021.

Late course registration

Late registration is an extra opportunity for students to register for courses for the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022. Note that not all courses will be open for registration, this will be limited to the courses available. In addition, there might be limited spots: attending late registration is not a guarantee that you will be able to follow all desired courses. The different programmes of the social sciences have separate structures regarding late registration.

All times mentioned are in CEST (local time).

It is recommended to prepare well for late registration. In contact with your study advisers always mention your student number, the course catalogue number of the course and possibly a preferred tutorial group.

Political Science & Human Geography and Planning (BSc)

Online late registration will be open from the 30th of August (8:00 ) until the 1st of September (13.00). The courses with still spaces available will be drawn up in SIS. Make sure you meet the entry requirements of the courses for which you apply, otherwise you will still be deregistered.

Sociology (BSc)

Students studying Sociology will be asked to send an e-mail to the study advisers if they want the opportunity to register for any of the sociology courses. Students are asked to contact the study advisers between the 30th of August and the 3rd of September if they want to be considered for late registration to courses.

Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology (BSc)

Anthropology will not participate in late registration. Instead students are asked to contact their study adviser regarding the courses.
