Of course, every exam is different; and every degree programme has a different assessment approach. However, there are general tips on how to handle your exams.
There are lots of general tips for taking exams. The most important thing, of course, is to start on time and to stay on schedule. But how do you cope with doubts when answering a multiple choice question, for example, and how do you tackle an essay question? And how do you manage your stress and anxiety during exams? This short one-hour workshop covers these questions and more.

Please note: Some of the content of this workshop is also covered in the longer workshop ‘Tackling the Books’. ‘Tackling the Books’ also deals with other aspects of study skills. So there is some overlap if you take both workshops, but they both contain new information.

This workshop is part of a series of four short workshops, which taken together tackle all basic study and planning skills. You can either choose to follow the whole series or just take parts of it.
The workshops will be held every Tuesday every other month (October till May).
