Sweelinck Orchestra
The UvA J.Pzn Sweelinck Orchestra was established in 1878 and is the oldest symphony orchestra in Amsterdam. The orchestra is comprised of about 80 enthusiastic students from Amsterdam universities and they rehearse every Thursday from 20:00 to 23:00 at the Singelkerk in the Amsterdam city centre. Performances take place at well-known locations in and around Amsterdam. For auditions and other information, please refer to the links below.
