Every Thursday morning we offer the opportunity to join a meditation group session, guided in English by one of the student psychologists. We will practice various meditation techniques that you can also apply afterwards. You learn to focus on the present moment as a way to cope with stress. Having some experience with meditation is not required, but is recommended (also see our 6-week meditation training courses).
Every Thursday from 9:30-10:00
You can register per session. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like, but we do ask you to register for each session.
