Is stress (becoming) an issue for you? In this online workshop, you'll practice techniques from Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. They'll help you take better care of your self during stressful situations – study-related or private. When you become aware and take care, you'll be on your way to live a more well-balanced student life.
