UvA Q - Teaching evaluations

Keeping students informed

An evaluation report for students has recently been developed 'behind the scenes'. This report is designed to keep you informed about evaluation results and how they are used. This will give you insight into what is done with the feedback you have provided.

Evaluation reports for students can be generated for all courses that were evaluated. This report contains a summary of the evaluation results based on the responses from you and your fellow students. The course coordinator can write a response which will also be included in the report. As soon as an evaluation report for students becomes available for a course you followed, you will receive an email with a link to Canvas where you can find the report.

Components

The evaluation report for students is divided into the following components: Context information, General opinion, Quality of the course, Learning outcomes, and Reaction of the course coordinator or lecturer. You can read the background information about the composition of the report in Measuring quality.
