The thesis is not just a long paper. It is an academic project, but for most students it turns out to be a personal project as well. Next to academic skills it will take self-discipline and good planning to complete your thesis in a satisfactory way. Please find below all relevant information for writing your thesis and organising your graduation.
You can find more information on how to write a thesis in the RMUS Thesis Manual.
All students of the Research Master Urban Studies have to submit two Research Project Agreements to the Registrar's Office before they leave for their exchange semester abroad and before they start with the comparative case study research abroad. The forms must have the signatures for approval of the thesis supervisor and the fieldwork and exchange coordinator.
You can find the Research Project Agreements in appendix 1 of the Thesis Manual. Fill them in, print them, collect the required signatures, and submit everything to firstname.lastname@example.org. The forms must be submitted before the end of June.
Please read the instructions on the Research Project Agreement carefully!
