How will this affect you?

• FS forms will not be available during this period.
• Only urgent complaints, requests or faults can be submitted to the FS Service Desk on these days. Email servicedesk-fs@uva.nl or telephone 020 525 1403
• You will not receive an immediate notification, as is usually the case. Reports which are emailed to the Service Desk will be processed in the new system afterwards.

Tip:

If you already know that you would like to make a specific reservation (e.g. for audio-video resources or a service bicycle) or request, it would be best to do it now before the new system goes live.
