Most recently, she started a new line of research focusing more explicitly on the side of the teacher, examining teachers’ self-efficacy, emotional processes, and the development of stress and wellbeing. The latter line of research also includes the development and testing of an intervention program based on teachers’ self-reflection, as well as the implementation and refinement of this intervention, and tailored training program for school psychologists and consultants, in cooperation with practice institutions. She teaches about teacher-student interactions and relationships, and about diagnostic processes and assessment in bachelor and master courses of the College and Graduate School of Child Development and Education. |
