Student council

The Student Council of the Faculty of Law (FSR-FdR) acts on behalf of students in consultation with the Dean about faculty policy in general and student interests in particular. The Council has advisory rights in some matters and approval rights in others.

As PPLE is part of the Law Faculty. The Law Faculty Student Council (FdR) consists of four PPLE students and eight law students. The Council exists for student and stands up for the general interests of students at the Faculty of Law in consultation with the Dean. The Council advises on matters like resit-rules, availability of courses and minors, IT-facilities and the food in the cafeteria. The council furthermore helps shape the content of the Teaching and Examination Regulations (OER).

The Council is elected annually by and from the students. The council can be contacted at and their office is at REC A3.12.



The Council is elected annually by and from the students. It has eight members, including the chairperson. International students are welcome to join the International Student Advisory Panel (ISAP) of the Faculty Student Council.
