Mental health

There may be times when you feel low or are facing difficult situations. Maybe you are even experiencing feelings of depression or anxiety. There’s no need for you to deal with this on your own: make an appointment to see your own GP, or ask for help from the UvA employees who can offer you assistance.

Within the UvA, there are several departments to which you can turn for help and answers to questions:

Contemplation room

Do you need a moment for yourself? Then search for one of the contemplation rooms.
