Academic study advisers are at the ready to answer questions about your (choice of) studies, study plan, or personal circumstances (that have an impact on your studies). All consultations with academic study advisers are confidential.
There are various ways to contact the study advisers:
Online: Ask your question online via the Digital Student Service Desk.
Walk-in hours: Soon it will be possible again to visit a study adviser, without an appointment, during walk-in hours. More information will be shared as soon as possible on this page.
Request a call: Request a call with a study adviser via the Digital Student Service Desk or by contacting the Education Desk. A study adviser will almost always call you back on the same day. Preferably provide us with your availability during the day when making a call back request.
Appointment: You can plan an appointment yourself, using the online schedule. The appointment will take place on campus (the study advisers are located on the 6th floor of REC A, next to the Education Desk). If you prefer to have the appointment via Zoom (online), please request this when you make the appointment.
Conversations with a study adviser are always confidential.
