Managing stress (online group)

An online group intended for students that experience high levels of stress during studying.

This training offers you 4 sessions to help you deal with stress. You’ll work on becoming more aware of what your triggers of stress are. Also, you will learn and experience how slowing down (mindfulness) actually helps you recover from stress.

You will work on creating a more healthy motivation and learn to study more efficiently. This can help you enjoy the (online) study process more.

The next step will be learning to take better care of yourself by taming your inner critic and cultivating a compassionate mind. We will use techniques from Compassionate Mind Training to help you balance your mind, body and actions.

Date and time

This group has 4 successive meetings. You’ll participate online via Zoom on:

  • Monday 18 May 2020, 25 May, Monday 8 June and 15 June
