Compact workshop: writing clearly, convincingly and with confidence
Have you found an exciting job opening, and would you like to capture the employer’s attention in a convincingly and originally? In this compact online workshop, you’ll be introduced to the how and what of successful applications. Discover how you can think outside of the box, to make your letter personal, intelligent and honest. You’ll get to try creating a link between what the employers seek and you have to offer, in a way that makes you stand out in the crowd.
What is your motivation? What are your qualities and disadvantages – and why? What can you tell about yourself? In this online workshop, you’ll be introduced to an answer to these questions. You’ll get to challenge yourself, in a safe setting with your fellow students and a career coach. After role-playing, you’ll receive feedback and tips. These will let you engage in your interview with confidence.
Registration is possible from 7 weeks up to 2 days in advance.
Registration is possible from 70 up till 2 days in advance.
This workshop is free of charge. You can register if you are currently studying at the UvA, or if you graduated no more than 1 year ago. After registration you will receive specific information about logging in, preparing, etc.
