In the stress relief meetings, every Tuesday, we offer the opportunity to ask questions about mental problems and we will trace destructive and dysfunctional thoughts using cognitive therapy techniques. Dysfunctional thoughts are often the root of negative feelings like a fear of failure and (study)stress. Together we will practice to find more helpful and constructive thoughts. Knowledge of the cognitive model will also be applicable in any challenging situation you have to face.

You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like, but we do ask you to register for each session.
