What is your study programme?

In brief

Organized once every two years, the UNICA Student Conference is the premier networking event for European students. Over 200 students spend a week (full-time) on the campus of the host institution and participate in group forums, debates, plenary discussions, and social and cultural activities.

Information session and workshops

  • Attend our (online) information session on 21 March 2023 16:00-17:00 (link will appear here in due time) to find out if the programme matches your ambitions and hear how you can apply.
  • Register for workshopsExternal link hosted by the Office of International Student Affairs to get helpful tips to overcome the challenges in applying, and how to prepare.

About UNICA

UNICA is a network of more than 50 universities in 38 capitals of Europe, representing more than 1.5 million students. It sees the voice of these students as essential in shaping the future of higher education and calls on students to join in discussions on the issues surrounding local and global problems.

Practical matters

Conditions

The UNICA Student Conference is open to students in their second or third year of Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD students. 

Funding 

The host institution will pay for lodging during the conference, some dinners and cultural activities. The UvA will provide a scholarship to meet travel expenses.
