Follow the steps to re-enrol for a Bachelor’s programme.
Follow the steps to re-enrol for a Master’s programme.
Select your study programme, click on ‘A-Z’ in the navigation bar, click on ‘Course registration’ and follow the steps.
The examination results are registered in SIS.
In May you will receive an email to inform you that you can submit your request for re-enrolment in Studielink. Make sure to finalise your re-enrolment before September 1st. If you are not enrolled before September 1st you cannot participate in courses and make use of university facilities.
If you are not sure if you will graduate, it is advisable to submit your request for re-enrolment in Studielink.
If you do graduate, you can simply cancel you re-enrolment request in Studielink. Just make sure to do so, before the start of the programme (September 1st).

You can track the status of your enrolment on www.sis.uva.nl, by logging in with your UvAnetID. You can check by yourself which checklists still need to be completed in order to complete your enrolment at the UvA.
In addition, you will be kept informed of the status of your enrolment via status updates sent by email.
As soon as you have completed all the checklists of your enrolment on www.sis.uva.nl, you will automatically receive a Proof of Enrolment by email within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a Proof of Enrolment earlier.

Normally, your lecturer enters your grade in SIS. If you have questions about this you can contact your lecturer or the Education Desk of your study programme.

A digital copy of your list of grades can be requested via the Digital Student Service Desk.
A paper (certified) version of your list of grades (with a stamp and signature) can be requested at the Central Student Service Desk or your Education Desk by presenting your ID card.
