Being active and outdoors greatly helps with battling anxiety and low mood. In this outdoor Stress Relief session, we will do a few short mindfulness exercises in the Oosterpark. These exercises are accessible, and you can practice them anytime. Mindfulness and relaxation exercises can help you better manage worrying, stress, and feelings of anxiety and sadness. Feel welcome to join in!
Important to know:
- We will meet in Oosterpark near the tennis court. The tennis court is close to the entrance to ’s Gravesandestraat. Please be on time, as we will start promptly at 9:30!
- In extreme weather conditions, we may cancel the session. If that happens, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible.
- The Stress Relief workshops are led by a student psychologist and are offered weekly. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. If you want to participate in multiple sessions, you need to register separately for each one.
