For you?

In this workshop – for students, by students – you'll discover how to use journaling to experience more self-compassion. After an introduction and instructions, we will do some hands-on journaling together. Afterwards, there will be a moment to integrate the experience, talk with the other participants, and enjoy tea and a free lunch. 

This workshop is part of the Well-being Week 2024 and is organised by Student Meditation. If you need to cancel, please let us know at mail@studentmeditation.nl so we can give the spot to someone else.
