Are you experiencing high levels of stress during studying? Do you find yourself worrying a lot, are you procrastinating and struggling with anxiety? In this training, consisting of 6 meetings, you’ll become more aware of what your triggers of stress are. You will work on slowing down, creating a more healthy motivation, tame your inner critic and cultivate a compassionate mindset. All this will help you study more efficiently, enjoy your studies more and find a healthy balance.
Important to know
During the week you will need about 30 minutes daily for exercises and recording. Discussing your weekly experiences in the meetings is an important part of the training;
Due to the time and energy required for following a training course, we advise you not to participate in multiple training courses at the same time;
If you register for the training, we count on you to attend all meetings. This is important for both your own process and the group process. If you cannot attend all meetings, see if another series is a better fit.
This training is free of charge;
The training consists of 6 group sessions of two hours and is supervised by the student psychologists;
You can register if you are a student at the UvA or the HvA or if you graduated from the UvA or the HvA no more than 1 year ago.
