For you?

Are you wrestling with your emotions? Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? Do you experience low self-esteem, constantly comparing yourself or striving to prove your worth? You will learn to navigate difficult emotions and build emotional tolerance in the emotion regulation group.

In weekly sessions together, we will create a safe environment. A retreat where you have a moment to slow down and connect to your inner world and others. You will get to know and understand your emotions better and develop internal skills step-by-step to tend to your feelings mindfully. We will practice a more supportive and (self-) accepting mindset.

Connection to difficult emotions takes courage and asks for a safe and stable environment. For that reason, we ask participants for commitment. That means total attendance. Before the group starts, we will send you a few questions to get to know you, see if the group suits you and check your commitment.

Important to know

  • Connection to difficult emotions takes courage and asks for a safe and stable environment. For that reason, we ask participants for commitment. If you cannot attend all the meetings, see if another training series or group might be a better fit;
  • Following this training takes time and energy. Therefore, we advise you not to follow different training sessions at the same time.
