Starting a new job can be a daunting experience. What do you need to do to settle into the company culture? What does it take to communicate effectively? In this workshop, you'll gain a better understanding of how to be successful in new and diverse working cultures.
You'll get an introduction to intercultural communication. We'll explore diverse communication styles. Also, we'll look at successful listening, writing and speaking, and in-person and online communication. By building a global mindset, you'll be better able to adapt to diverse company cultures.
