Cormet Enjoy The Good Life has been awarded the food and drink concession of the University of Amsterdam and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. From 1 January 2017, Cormet will be collaborating with Amsterdam businesses to provide food and drink services for the University of Amsterdam and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. The company will spend the next few months brainstorming with the students, employees and organisations of the various campuses to decide on the right service offering and atmosphere for each campus.
The new concept is dynamic: market developments will be continuously watched and introduced over the next five years, with staff and student satisfaction driving the services and products offered. Over the next three years, Cormet will develop the new concept at each location separately (in coordination with accommodation, construction and renovation plans).
A survey will be conducted among staff and students at the campuses in the week of 26 to 30 September to gauge the needs and preferences at each campus. Specific plans for each individual campus are to be drawn up based on the outcomes of this survey.
If you will not be at any of the campuses in the week of the survey, you can also do the survey online via the Enjoy Today website.
The new food and drink concept is based around the idea of meeting, collaborating, studying and relaxing with others in an attractive setting. Every campus will soon have a centre (the ‘base’) with a multifunctional character, where you can find various food and drink options, as well as a coffee house that can serve as a café. Serving as a temporary ‘base’ in the meantime, the renovated Atrium is the place to go for a taste of the new food and drink concept.
