Stress Relief Hour (1 hour)


For you?

In the Stress Relief Hour, every Monday from 14:00-15:00, we offer the opportunity to ask questions about mental problems and we provide tools and advice on how to stay calm in difficult situations. We will practice various stress relief techniques that you can also apply afterwards. You learn to focus on the present moment as a way to feel more relaxed.

  • Every Monday from 14:00-15:00 hours.

Practical information

  • This workshop is free of charge and will be offered online.
  • You can register if you are currently studying at the UvA or the HvA or graduated no more than 1 year ago.
  • Registration is possible from 10 weeks up to 2 days in advance. After registration, you’ll receive specific information about your login and information how to participate.
