Stress relief - working on your negative thoughts - cognitive approach (1 hour) (online)

Get an insight into your dysfunctional thoughts

For you?

In the stress relief meetings, every Tuesday, we offer the opportunity to ask questions about mental problems and we will trace destructive and dysfunctional thoughts using cognitive therapy techniques. Dysfunctional thoughts are often the root of negative feelings like a fear of failure and (study)stress. Together we will practice to find more helpful and constructive thoughts. Knowledge of the cognitive model will also be applicable in any challenging situation you have to face.

Dates and times 2021-2022 (1st semester)

Every Tuesday from 15:00-16:00 (online) - not on 11 and 25 January 2022.
