Waiting list

It is possible that the tutorial groups of a course are filled to capacity during the registration period. When the course is a compulsory part of a programme, a waiting list (WL) will be made available. In that case, register for this waiting list which assures you a spot in the tutorial.

The Student Administration will register you no later than one week prior to the start of the semester. You can see which tutorial group you have been allocated to in under ‘Overview of Registrations’.

If the tutorial group overlaps with other lectures or tutorials then you can submit a request to switch tutorial groups to the Student Administration (no later than the end of the first week of the semester). This can be arranged via the Digital Student Service Desk.
