Common Room - UvA Economics and Business

The Common Room is the ‘living room’ for Economics and Business students and lecturers. It has tables and sofas where you can have meetings, work on group assignments with others or relax after lectures.

Where is the Common Room?

The Common Room is in Room E1.23.

How many people can use the Common Room at any one time?

The Common Room can accommodate about 25 people at any one time during the day.

Which facilities does the Common Room have?

The Common Room has two sofas, three high tables, a number of lounge chairs and the centrepiece: a football table. There is a simple coffee machine as well.

What do people use the Common Room for?

People come together in the Common Room to drink coffee, have meetings and play table football. Although it is not big, the Common Room is a very multifunctional space!

Can people reserve space in the Common Room?

No reservation is necessary. Feel free to come along and use the Common Room whenever you want!
