To help you quickly, a list of the most common topics from students has been provided below, along with relevant information. Please refer to this information first as the response we will send to you via email will be very similar.

  • Status of my enrollment 

    We aim to review your Embark application within 3-4 weeks. However, the review time will be extended near application deadlines or if your documents require additional review. 

    If any documents are missing from your application, the Admissions Office will notify you by email. To avoid missing important information, make sure to check your spam folder for emails sent from and

  • English proficiency test

    Students with an international degree are required to prove their English proficiency, by taking one of the English proficiency tests or by meeting one of the possible exemptions stated on our programme’s websites. We do not grant any additional exemptions other than the exemptions stated on our website.

    If your grades do not meet the minimum scores, your application will not be taken into consideration. 

    Please note that your English test needs to be taken before the deadline that applies to you. Make sure you submit your test results as soon as possible. English tests taken after the deadline will not be considered and your application will be closed.

  • Certified documents

    Please send your certified documents as soon as possible. You will be unconditionally accepted into the programme of your choice after we receive and verify all your certified documents. Please note that this may take up to 3 weeks. Once we have processed your documents, you will be able to see this in your Embark dashboard.

  • Scholarships

    We provide a limited number of scholarships for highly talented non-EU students applying to one of our Bachelor's and Master's programmes. You can find information about the scholarships and the selection criteria on the website of the specific programme you are interested in.

    The scholarship application deadline is 15 January for students applying for the next academic year. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.  

    Students applying for a scholarship will be informed of the outcome no later than 1 April by email.
