Rules, regulations and request procedure
General rule regarding exemptions
For all programmes the rule is that mandatory courses in the curriculum, if the replacement course has been taken during regular registration at UvA Economics and Business, are never eligible for an exemption. However, the only exception to this rule can be made if the replacement course is taken at a university abroad during an exchange programme. Electives in the curriculum are elegible for an exemption if the replacement course has been taken prior to registration at UvA Economics and Business.
