Validity of study results

The Board of Examiners communicates the decision by email. After submitting a request, please check your inbox (and spam|junk email box) on a regular basis during the processing period.

Bachelor

The results of completed bachelor courses have a guaranteed validity of 6 years. The Board of Examiners can extend the validity of the courses if the content of the completed courses has not changed and if the courses are still part of the curriculum.
Exception: first year courses obtained prior to 1 September 2012 are valid for three years, except if they are part of a completed propaedeutic year. 

Interim examinations bachelor: 
The validity of interim examinations can be found in the course description in the study guide. 

Master

The results of completed master courses have a guaranteed validity of 3 years. The Board of Examiners can extend the validity of the courses if the content of the courses has not changed and if the courses are still part of the curriculum.

Interim examinations master: 
The validity of interim examinations can be found in the course description in the study guide. 

Extension of the course validity

You can apply for an extension of the validity of passed courses by sending a request to the Board of Examiners.
