Research Master's student course registration

The next course registration period, for semester 1 of the academic year 2022-2023, will take place from Monday 13 June till Friday 24 June 13:00. Please read the step-by-step guide below carefully. When you register yourself for a course, you are also automatically registered for its exams, resits and Canvas page.

Important: New course registration system GLASS

The course registration for the programs in Communication Science will be different this time than you are used to. We participate in a pilot procedure and take place in a new system called GLASS. This system has the big advantage that it doesn't work with the 'first come, first serve' principle anymore. All students who have registered themselves within the course registration period will have the same chance to be placed in a specific course.

Step-by-step guide to course registration

  • Step 1: Make sure you have an active Studielink enrolment
  • Step 2: Find courses and add to planning board

Go to the Course Catalogue, find the Research Master’s in Communication Science and find the courses you will take, according to your studyplan, in Semester 1 of academic year 2022-2023. Click on 'add to planner' for the course you want to register for.

    Questions about your study plan?

  • Step 3: Login in GLASS

  • Step 4: Add course to registration

You will receive a pop-up indicating whether the course is open for registration. If yes, then choose 'add to registration'. The course will appear in the ‘Registration’ column.

Repeat these steps for all courses. Your registration for these courses will be processed on 1 July.
