Step-by-step guide to course registration
-
Step 1: Enrol in your degree programme via Studielink
Make sure your enrolment for the Bachelor's programme in Studielink for the academic year 2022-2023 is active.
Enrolling in Studielink requires a DigiD. If you apply for a DigiD or make any changes to it, you will receive an activation code within 5 days. Also, once you have enrolled via Studielink, it may take up to 48 hours before you can register for courses.
If you don’t have an active Studielink enrolment, you will most likely not be able to register for your courses. Most students will still have an active enrolment. However, if you took a break between your studies, make sure you re-enrol.
-
Step 2: Select your courses
Go to the Course Catalogue, find your degree programme and select the courses you want to take next semester. Click per course on 'Add to planner'.
-
Step 3: Login in GLASS
If it concerns a course within the pilot, you will be automatically forwarded to GLASS and log in there.
-
Step 4: Add course to registration
You will receive a pop-up indicating whether the course is open for registration. If yes, then choose 'add to registration'. The course will appear in the ‘Pending Registrations’ column.
-
Step 5: Repeat these steps for all courses
Repeat these steps for all courses. Your registration for these courses will be processed on 1 July.
You can also add courses by clicking on '+Add course' on your planning board. You will have to fill in the Course catalogue number, which you will find in the Course Catalogue.
-
Step 6: Check your registration
Make sure all your preferred courses are in the 'pending registrations' column.
-
Step 7: You receive an email (after 1 July) when your registration has been processed.
If you received the email, please log into GLASS to find out in which tutorial group you have been placed.
-
Optional: Choose timeslots when you prefer not to follow any education.
Optional: you will be able to use the clock icon in the registration column to designate up to 2 half days when you would prefer not to follow any education. Where possible, this will be taken into account when allocating students to courses and tutorials.
