Your study adviser can provide guidance when it comes to personal issues, such as personalisation options within the study programme and hick-ups you might encounter while studying. If they can't help you themselves, they will refer you to the right people.

The study advisers have a good overview of the study possibilities within the study programmes and can mediate between students and teachers.

You can consult the study adviser for tailored advise on:

Study planning, Study progress/delay, Choosing a programme/track, Personal problems , Arrangements for students with special needs, Reporting delay to appeal for Graduation Fund, Trust issues, Career advise and a First point of contact for complaints and exemptions.

    In some cases the study advisers will invite you to a(n) (telephone) appointment, because they would like to the discuss the topic of your email in person.

    Physical walk-in hours/appointments

    From 6 September 2021 onwards there will be physical walk-in hours again on every working day from 10.00 – 12.00 hours at REC 6.02. You cannot make an appointment for these walk-in hours. You can make an appointment for the consultation hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 14.00 – 16.00 hours. These consultation hours are meant for more extensive personal questions or questions about certain themes (see the schedule below). You can make an appointment via the Education Desk through the following telephone number: (+31) 020 525 3003 (on working days between 9.00 – 17.00 hours).
