About this workshop

During this workshop you will learn how to effectively find pen data in databases and repositories and use it for education. You will also learn what to look out for when using these sources. 

After successful completion of this module, you will be able to:

  • find open data that relates to the courses you teach;
  • understand the conditions under which open data can be used;
  • make students aware of the availability of open data and advise them on how to use it. 

The workshop includes a combination of practical exercises and demonstrations on how to find and use open data. 

Number of participants

Minimum of 7, maximum of 16.

Language

This workshop will be conducted in English, unless all participants prefer Dutch.
