For many students, the university can be a stressful and challenging time. With university comes change and with change come feelings of insecurity, vulnerability, and loneliness. Feeling lonely is generally something we don’t talk about easily or admit to ourselves and others.
In 6 support sessions, we will open up and share our feelings (which will be helpful in itself). We will also address how you can manage feelings of loneliness and isolation. We will work on a compassionate mindset, which will help you support and connect to yourself and others.
