Career Exploration Talks (online workshop) (Dutch or English)

Be inspired and gain insight into different themes of personal growth and your career.

CET 6: Boost your resilience (English) (online)

  • Wednesday, 3 June 2020, from 14:00-16:00
  • online
  • language: English

Good news! You are resilient by nature, it is something that develops automatically. Probably, you experienced resilience yourself in the past few weeks. More good news: you can boost your resilience, so it will spring up more often, and will reinforce you and the people around you in these uncertain times.

In this Career Exploration Talk (CET) we’ll delve deeper into the impact of adversity and your ability to be resilient. Learn how to recognise resilience and how to reinforce it. Create the room to see possibilities, for instance in looking for a job. This CET is based on Chris Johnstone’s boek Seven Ways to Build Resilience. Together we’ll zoom in on three elements of his book: storyboarding, the power of emotions and thinking flexibly.

Note: as of 28 May CET6 is fully booked. For the next CET and other interesting events, please check the agenda.
