The UvAcare project is an initiative of the University of Amsterdam and part of the UvA Care Plan. The aim of UvAcare is to provide additional care to students and at the same time to carry out research that in the future will make care more accessible and even better.
On Tuesday, October 20th all students of the Social and Behavioural Sciences (FMG) faculty will be invited (again) by email to participate in the UvAcare health check. A questionnaire with general questions and specific questions on physical and mental health issues (such as anxiety, sleep, mood, stress and Corona crisis) will give you more insight into and feedback on your health. You may possibly be invited to take part in a follow-up phase, where you will receive support for managing your mental health. This is a good opportunity to consider the question: how am I doing?
Have you not received an email but would still like to participate? Please, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Nicole Thijssens (the UvAcare ambassador of the faculty), or one of the study advisers.
