For general information about studying at the UvA, please contact the Central Student Service Desk, which is located at the Roeterseiland Campus in Amsterdam. The desk is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
Information and services at the UvA may vary per degree programme. For most questions about study programmes or courses, you can contact the Student Desk or academic study adviser for your study programme.
Student Services provides a wide variety of support before, during and after your studies. These services provided by Student Services are divided into various departments: Student counsellors, Student psychologists, Student Careers Centre, Office of International Student Affairs and the Student Service Desk.
The UvA has seven faculties in which teaching and research is conducted: the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry.
