Where can I find information on how to enroll and register for 2012-2013?

The enrolment procedure for new and current students starts on Monday, 7 May 2012. All students will be personally informed about this by the UvA.

What are the tuition fees for 2012-2013?

The tuition fees for 2012-2013 can be found on www.uva.nl/tuitionfees

Login to the Payment Module Tuition Fee has failed. What should I do?

If you cannot log in to the Payment Module Tuition Fee (Betaalmodule Collegegeld), it might help to delete your internet history.

I haven't received my student card/proof of registration?

Please make sure to fill in a correct home address (as well as a valid email address) through your Studielink account.

Where to I go to if I have any questions about my class schedule, grades or courses?

This type of questions can be directed directly to your Student desk (or Faculty administration).

How do I terminate my enrolment and how do I check on the refund status?

You can terminate your enrolment in Studielink. Click on the programme you are currently enrolled for and then click on ‘Application for termination of enrolment’ . The further procedure and how to get a refund to a foreign bank account is explained here.

How can I communicate my home address and email address?

You can change your home and email address yourself through Studielink.

Am I allowed to work in the Netherlands and what are the procedures?

You are allowed to work, but your nationality and type of residence permit may limit the number of hours you are allowed to work.

Can I get a Dutch Study Grant and a Public Transport Student card?

This depends on your nationality, age and type of residence permit.
