Diversity officer: ‘The UvA is changing’
Chief Diversity Officer Anne de Graaf has published a blog in which she writes about her activities. In the blog, she explains what she and her team have been doing for the past year and what they have achieved in practical terms. She describes, for example, that diversity workshops were developed and took place, faculty diversity officers were appointed and a book appeared which collects best practices in diversity policy from other universities. She also lists and explains focus areas for the new academic year.
