Board of Examiners

The Board of Examiners UvA Economics and Business is an independent commitee and is responsible for the examinations and degrees of the regular Bachelor's and Master's programmes in Economics and Business at the University of Amsterdam.

What does the Board of Examiners do?

The Board of Examiners UvA Economics and Business verifies individual study programmes of students before graduation and makes the decisions concerning the Binding Study advice on behalf of the Dean of the Faculty. In addition the Board of Examiners assesses requests and complaints of students concerning the examination rules and regulations.

How does the Board of Examiners communicate?

The Board of Examiners only communicates decisions by email. Please note that after submitting a request, it is your responsibility to check your inbox (and spam|junk email box) on a regular basis during the processing period.

Requests for admission to Master's and Pre-master's programmes

Requests for admission to Master's and Pre-master's programmes are not dealt with by the Board of Examiners. For more information, please go to the UvA Mastersite, select the Master's programme of your choice and then click on Application and Admission.
