In these sessions, you will practice a variety of techniques based on mindfulness and cognitive therapy. These exercises and techniques can help relieve built-up tension, rumination, problems with concentration and fear of failure. During the sessions, we will discuss how to use these techniques. This way, you will learn how to care better for yourself during stressful situations and live a more well-balanced (student) life.
