The training is especially suitable for international students who have difficulty in adjusting.
Mindfulness techniques can be very helpful in reducing stress and negative thinking. The techniques also help you to focus on the present moment. By learning and accepting an empathic way of looking at your thoughts and feelings, you will be able to stay in the present.
International students. If there are spots available, a number of Dutch students can participate as well.
