Resolved: Canon Portal and Canon Internet Printer temporarily unavailable
Due to technical difficulties the Canon Portal has been temporarily unavailable. This meant that students and employees where unable to login to uva.canon.nl.
At this moment you will not be able to upload documents via the portal or send documents to the Canon Internet Printer via your own laptop.
Choose one of the following options to print:
- Login to a managed UvA workstation and send the document to the printer (for more information, see staff.uva.nl > AZ> Printers> New Printers).
- Use your UvA-mail address (or e-mail address that you previously registered on the Canon portal) and send your document as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. After sending the e-mail to the Canon printer, please use your staff ID card or student ID card to pick up the print job at the Follow Me-printers.
